Municipal Mosquito Control Programs.
NVMC has a combined 35 years of experience running all aspects of municipal mosquito control programs. We understand the importance of a public health mosquito control program in detecting and mitigating risk from mosquito-borne diseases like Eastern Equine Encephalitis, West Nile Virus, and Jamestown Canyon Virus. We strongly believe in the integrated pest management (IPM) approach relying on surveillance data and understanding of mosquito ecology to treat breeding sites at the right time for maximum efficacy. As members of the Northeast Mosquito Control Association and the American Mosquito Control Association, we regularly attend lectures from top experts to stay up to date on the current best practices for modern mosquito control.

Invasive Vegetation Control Programs.
NVMC has combined years of experience mitigating Invasive Vegetation. As the climate continues to change and new species are introduced, it’s more important than ever to stop invasive plants from overtaking native vegetation. These plants pose a serious problem for municipalities and homeowners to control on their own. We are experienced in controlling these plants wherever they arise. NVMC will take care of all permitting and mapping prior to treatment. Sites can be provided or NVMC can scout invasive plant areas for treatment. Contact us today for an estimate of the cost. For best results, most invasive species require 3-year programs with initial treatment to knock back vegetation and follow up applications to control seedlings and new growth.
